This role focuses on operationalizing ServiceNow Now Assist and MoveWorks workflows to enhance employee self-service, enterprise search, conversational AI, and workflow automation. Key Responsibilities • Operationalize ServiceNow Now Assist and MoveWorks workflows • Enhance employee self-service capabilities • Improve enterprise search functionality • Develop conversational AI solutions • Automate workflows using ServiceNow and MoveWorks platforms Requirements • Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow AI capabilities • Proficiency with Now Assist and MoveWorks integrations • Knowledge of ITSM, Incident Management, and HRSD • Experience with Virtual Agent, AI Search, and Agent Configuration • Understanding of Enterprise Search and Workflow Automation
