Key Responsibilities • Design and build AI-powered capabilities within ServiceNow • Operationalize AI solutions using Now Assist, GenAI, and AI Agents • Implement workflow automation and enterprise integrations • Enable intelligent automation and business productivity through AI-driven solutions Requirements • Experience with ServiceNow platform and AI capabilities • Knowledge of Now Assist, GenAI, and AI Agents • Understanding of workflow automation and enterprise integrations • Familiarity with ServiceNow Solution Architect (ITSM, Catalog & GenAI) documentation
