About the Role We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow AI Platform Engineer to design, develop, and operationalize AI-powered capabilities using ServiceNow Now Assist, Generative AI, AI Agents, and intelligent workflow automation. Key Responsibilities • Configure and implement ServiceNow AI and Now Assist capabilities • Develop GenAI use cases for case summarization, knowledge generation, virtual agents, and task automation • Build AI-assisted workflows and intelligent automation solutions • Integrate external LLMs and AI services with ServiceNow • Implement prompt engineering and RAG-based solutions • Configure AI governance, monitoring, and security controls • Integrate enterprise applications using REST APIs and Integration Hub • Collaborate with architects and business stakeholders to identify AI automation opportunities Requirements • Strong experience with ServiceNow AI, Now Assist, and Conversational AI • Knowledge of LLMs, Generative AI, prompt engineering, RAG, and AI Agents • Experience with REST APIs, Integration Hub, and enterprise integrations • Understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture and workflow automation • Python and AI framework knowledge preferred Preferred Certifications • ServiceNow CSA (Certified System Administrator) • ServiceNow CAD (Certified Application Developer) • ServiceNow AI certifications • Azure AI or AWS AI certifications
