About the Role We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow APM Enterprise Architect to lead architecture, design, and implementation initiatives while driving application portfolio optimization and enterprise architecture strategy. Key Responsibilities • Lead ServiceNow Application Portfolio Management (APM) architecture, design, and implementation. • Define enterprise architecture strategies, standards, and technology roadmaps. • Manage application inventory, ownership, lifecycle, and dependencies. • Drive application rationalization, modernization, and technology consolidation. • Integrate ServiceNow APM with CMDB and Common Service Data Model (CSDM). • Assess application health, technical debt, risks, and technology obsolescence. • Develop portfolio dashboards, reports, and executive-level KPIs. • Collaborate with business stakeholders, application owners, and IT leadership. • Establish architecture governance, data quality, and compliance standards. Requirements • Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow APM. • Enterprise Architecture expertise. • Knowledge of CMDB and CSDM. • Understanding of TOGAF principles and frameworks. • Experience in application rationalization, portfolio management, and technology roadmaps.
