About the Role We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Architect with strong expertise in ServiceNow development, architecture, and government cloud environments. Key Responsibilities • Design and implement ServiceNow solutions • Lead technical architecture for government cloud environments • Provide technical leadership and communicate with stakeholders Requirements • 8+ years of overall IT experience • 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development and architecture experience • Strong knowledge of JavaScript, HTML/CSS, ServiceNow Studio, UI Builder, and Service Portal • Experience with FedRAMP or similar regulated government cloud environments • Expertise in CMDB, ITOM, Discovery, and Service Mapping • Strong technical leadership and stakeholder communication skills Required Certifications • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) – ITSM/ITOM preferred • ITIL v4 Foundation Preferred Certifications • ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or Certified Master Architect (CMA) • CompTIA Security+ or equivalent cybersecurity certification
