About the Role We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Architect/Developer to join our team. This role focuses on developing complex workflow solutions and platform integrations in the financial services domain. Key Responsibilities • Develop and architect ServiceNow solutions for Financial Services Operations • Implement complex workflow automation using Flow Designer and Workflow Editor • Create and maintain Business Rules, Script Includes, and Client Scripts • Integrate systems using Integration Hub, REST, and SOAP APIs • Ensure security and compliance standards are met • Provide technical expertise in Banking and Financial Services domain Requirements • Strong hands-on expertise in ServiceNow architecture and development • Experience with Financial Services Operations (FSO) • Knowledge of Incident, Case, Problem, and Change Management processes • Proficiency in Flow Designer, Workflow Editor, Business Rules, Script Includes, and Client Scripts • Experience with Integration Hub, REST APIs, and SOAP APIs • Understanding of Workflow Automation, Security, and Compliance • Banking or Financial Services domain experience
