Key Responsibilities • Lead CMDB architecture, governance, data quality, and integrations • Utilize 10+ years of experience in ServiceNow and 5+ years in CMDB • Implement CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, CSDM, ITOM, ITSM, IRE, and cloud integrations Requirements • 10+ years of experience in ServiceNow • 5+ years of experience in CMDB • Strong understanding of CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, CSDM, ITOM, ITSM, IRE, and cloud integrations • ServiceNow certifications preferred
