About the Role We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow CMDB Architect to lead the design, implementation, governance, and optimization of the ServiceNow CMDB platform. Key Responsibilities • Define and maintain enterprise CMDB architecture and roadmaps • Design scalable CMDB data models aligned with business and IT requirements • Establish CMDB governance frameworks, standards, and best practices • Lead CMDB transformation and modernization initiatives • Align CMDB architecture with the Common Service Data Model (CSDM) • Design and implement CI class structures and relationships • Configure Identification and Reconciliation Engine (IRE) rules • Develop CI lifecycle management processes • Implement CMDB Health dashboards and data quality controls • Ensure compliance with CMDB governance policies Requirements • 10+ years of experience in ServiceNow, including 5+ years in CMDB • Strong expertise in Configuration Management, Discovery, Service Mapping • Experience with CSDM, ITSM, ITOM, and enterprise architecture
