About the Role We are urgently looking for an experienced ServiceNow CMDB Architect for a remote contract opportunity. This role requires leading enterprise CMDB strategy, designing scalable data models, and establishing governance standards. Key Responsibilities • Lead enterprise CMDB strategy and design • Establish governance standards for CMDB • Optimize Discovery and Service Mapping processes • Drive CMDB data quality initiatives • Design and implement scalable data models Requirements • 10+ years of experience in ServiceNow, including 5+ years in CMDB • Strong understanding of Configuration Management Database (CMDB) • Experience with Discovery and Service Mapping • Knowledge of CSDM, ITOM, and ITSM • Familiarity with Identification and Reconciliation Engine (IRE) • Experience with IntegrationHub, REST/SOAP APIs, and MID Servers • Cloud Discovery experience with AWS, Azure, and GCP • Service Graph Connectors and CI Lifecycle Management • JavaScript and ServiceNow Scripting skills • CMDB Health, Data Quality, and Governance experience Preferred Certifications • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) • CIS – Discovery • CIS – Service Mapping • ServiceNow CTA • ITIL 4 Foundation or higher
