About the Role We are looking for a Senior CMDB Expert to architect, build, and deploy high-impact ServiceNow solutions for global clients. Key Responsibilities • Drive functional design workshops and analyze business requirements • Build complex integrations and workflows using JavaScript, AJAX, REST/SOAP Web Services, XML, and MID Servers • Own the delivery across CMDB, Service Mapping, ITOM, ITSM, ITAM, IRM, and GRC • Direct small technical teams during delivery and partner with Architecture/Pre-Sales teams on client pitches Requirements • 5+ years designing, building, and deploying ServiceNow platform solutions • Deep expertise in CMDB & ITOM (Configuration Management, Asset Management, Service Mapping) • Strong technical stack: JavaScript, AJAX, Web Services integrations, and ITIL framework • Background in core infrastructure concepts (LDAP, VPN, SSL) • Bilingual Mastery: Advanced/Fluent spoken and written English & Spanish
