About the Role We are seeking a ServiceNow CMDB Specialist to join our team for a long-term contract. This role involves working with ServiceNow's Configuration Management Database, Discovery, and Integrations. Key Responsibilities • Manage and maintain the ServiceNow CMDB • Configure and optimize ServiceNow Discovery processes • Develop and implement ServiceNow integrations with other systems • Troubleshoot and resolve CMDB-related issues Requirements • Experience with ServiceNow CMDB, Discovery, and Integrations • Strong understanding of IT infrastructure and processes • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Minimum 10+ years of experience required, except for OPT & CPT holders
