About the Role We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Developer to design, develop, and support enterprise-grade ServiceNow applications. Key Responsibilities • Design and develop custom applications on the ServiceNow platform • Configure UI elements and integrate with other platforms • Implement business rules, script includes, and REST APIs • Utilize Flow Designer and IntegrationHub for workflow automation • Ensure platform governance and security through proper ACL implementation • Mentor developers and conduct code reviews Requirements • 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience • 3+ years of experience with App Engine Studio and scoped applications • Strong expertise in Script Includes, Business Rules, GlideRecord, and Scripted REST APIs • Experience with Configurable Workspace, UI Builder, UI Policies, and Client Scripts • Hands-on experience with Flow Designer and IntegrationHub • Strong knowledge of ACLs, role-based access controls, platform governance, and upgrade-safe development • Experience with REST integrations, JSON, and performance optimization • Agile/Scrum delivery experience and technical documentation skills • Ability to mentor developers and conduct code reviews
