About the Role We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Developer to design, develop, and support enterprise-level ServiceNow applications. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on development expertise and experience mentoring developers while following platform governance and best practices. Key Responsibilities • Design and develop enterprise-level ServiceNow applications • Support ServiceNow applications in production environments • Mentor developers and promote development standards • Follow platform governance and best practices Requirements • 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience in enterprise environments • 3+ years of experience with App Engine Studio and custom application development • Strong experience with scoped applications and ServiceNow platform APIs • Expertise in Configurable Workspace, UI Builder, UI Policies, and Client Scripts • Experience with Scripted REST APIs, IntegrationHub, and REST/JSON integrations • Proficiency in server-side scripting, including Script Includes, Business Rules, and GlideRecord • Strong understanding of ACLs, role-based access controls, platform governance, and upgrade-safe development • Experience with Flow Designer, reusable actions, and subflows • 3+ years of experience working in Agile or sprint-based delivery environments • Ability to review code, mentor developers, and promote development standards Preferred Qualifications • Bachelor's degree or higher in IT, Computer Science, or a related field • ServiceNow CSA and/or CAD certification • ITIL 4 Foundation certification or equivalent ITSM experience
