About the Role We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Developer to design, develop, test, customize, and maintain scalable ServiceNow applications. This role requires strong hands-on experience in application development, workspace configuration, integrations, platform governance, and technical leadership. Key Responsibilities • Design and develop scalable, upgrade-safe applications using App Engine Studio, scoped applications, and ServiceNow platform APIs • Configure and customize Configurable Workspace, UI Builder, UI Policies, and Client Scripts to deliver role-based user experiences • Develop and support inbound and outbound integrations using Scripted REST APIs and IntegrationHub • Follow platform standards, naming conventions, access controls, security guidelines, and architectural best practices • Participate in sprint planning, backlog refinement, and change reviews while collaborating with cross-functional teams • Mentor mid-level and delegated developers, conduct code reviews, and promote consistent development standards Requirements • Strong hands-on ServiceNow development experience • Expertise in App Engine Studio, scoped applications, UI Builder, and Configurable Workspace • Experience with Scripted REST APIs, IntegrationHub, and platform governance • Strong troubleshooting, communication, collaboration, and technical leadership skills
