About the Role We are looking for a ServiceNow Developer to join our team. This role focuses on developing and maintaining ServiceNow applications. Key Responsibilities • Develop custom applications using App Engine Studio • Implement Script Includes, Business Rules, and GlideRecord • Create Scripted REST APIs and work with UI Builder • Utilize Flow Designer and IntegrationHub for integrations • Manage ACLs and ensure platform governance • Follow Agile/Sprint delivery methods and participate in code reviews Requirements • Must have ServiceNow CSA, CAD, and ITIL 4 Foundation certifications • Experience with App Engine Studio and Custom Application Development • Strong understanding of Script Includes, Business Rules, and GlideRecord • Proficiency in Scripted REST APIs, Configurable Workspace, and UI Builder • Knowledge of Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and REST/JSON Integrations • Familiarity with ACLs, Platform Governance, and Upgrade-Safe Development • Experience with Agile/Sprint Delivery, Code Reviews, and Developer Mentoring
