About the Role We are looking for a ServiceNow Developer to join our team at Atidan Technologies. This role requires experience with ServiceNow development and technical leadership. Key Responsibilities • Develop and maintain ServiceNow applications • Implement ITSM, CMDB, and other ServiceNow modules • Create and manage Flow Designer workflows • Integrate ServiceNow with external systems using REST/SOAP • Lead technical projects and mentor junior developers Requirements • 4+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer or Senior Developer • 8+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Technical Lead (including 3+ years in a Lead role) • Strong skills in ITSM, CMDB, CSDM, Service Catalog, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, Scoped Applications • Proficiency in JavaScript and ServiceNow Scripting • Experience with REST/SOAP Integrations • Knowledge of Agile methodologies • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
