About the Role We are looking for a ServiceNow Developer to join our team in Princeton, NJ. This is a 6-month contract position with a hybrid work arrangement (4 days onsite, 1 day remote). Key Responsibilities • Develop and architect solutions on the ServiceNow platform • Customize ServiceNow applications, user interfaces, workflows, business rules, and integrations • Ensure upgrade-safe application development practices • Collaborate with stakeholders to implement ITSM, CSM, SPM, HAM, IRM, ITOM, and SEM solutions Requirements • 7+ years of ServiceNow platform development and architecture experience • Strong JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting expertise • Hands-on experience with ITSM, CSM, SPM, HAM, IRM, ITOM, and SEM • Experience customizing ServiceNow applications, user interfaces, workflows, business rules, and integrations • Strong knowledge of upgrade-safe application development • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification required • Excellent written and verbal communication skills Preferred • Higher education experience • CIS certification • Enterprise-scale ServiceNow implementations
