Key Responsibilities • Develop and maintain ServiceNow applications • Implement ITSM, CSM, SPM, HAM, IRM, ITOM & SEM solutions • Create and manage ServiceNow workflows, integrations, and business rules • Ensure upgrade-safe application development Requirements • 7+ years of ServiceNow development experience • Advanced JavaScript & ServiceNow scripting skills • Experience with ITSM, CSM, SPM, HAM, IRM, ITOM & SEM • ServiceNow UI, workflows, integrations & business rules expertise • CAD Certification – Mandatory • Excellent communication skills
