About the Role We are looking for a ServiceNow Developer with expertise in ITSM and HRSD to join our team. This role involves working with the ServiceNow platform and implementing scalable solutions. Key Responsibilities • Must have experience on the ServiceNow Platform along with good hands-on experience with ITSM tools. • Candidate must be aware of Advanced Service Portal development skills and GEN AI features. • Enterprise HRSD Architecture: Architect and deliver scalable ServiceNow HRSD implementations, configuring Core HR Case Management, Employee Relations, and Employee Center Pro. • COE & Data Model Design: Define and structure Center of Excellence (COE) data models, custom case types, and service catalogs while strictly enforcing out-of-the-box (OOTB) architecture patterns to prevent technical debt. Requirements • 8 years of experience with ServiceNow Platform • Experience with ITSM tools • Advanced Service Portal development skills • Knowledge of GEN AI features • Experience with Enterprise HRSD Architecture • COE & Data Model Design expertise
