About the Role We are actively looking for an experienced ServiceNow Developer to lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable enterprise solutions and custom platform capabilities. Key Responsibilities • Architect, develop, test, and deploy robust ServiceNow applications and custom scoped solutions across enterprise environments • Build upgrade-safe applications leveraging App Engine Studio and platform APIs • Design role-aware, modern workspace experiences using Configurable Workspace and UI Builder • Build inbound/outbound REST integrations using Scripted REST APIs and Integration Hub patterns • Partner with product owners to translate business workflows into technical requirements within an Agile/sprint framework • Enforce platform governance, code quality standards, naming conventions, and ACL security architectures • Provide technical leadership and code reviews for mid-level and delegated developers Requirements • 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience in large-scale or enterprise settings • 3+ years creating custom applications using App Engine Studio • Advanced server-side scripting capability (Script Includes, Business Rules, complex GlideRecord queries, transactional logic) • Proven experience with Flow Designer, subflows, reusable actions, and orchestration • Strong grasp of ACL design, role hierarchy, and Platform Analytics • Preferred Certifications: Certified Application Developer (CAD), Certified System Administrator (CSA), or ITIL® 4 Foundation
