About the Role We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer to design, develop, and support enterprise-level ServiceNow applications. This role requires strong technical expertise and experience delivering secure, scalable solutions. Key Responsibilities • Design, develop, test, and deploy custom ServiceNow applications • Build applications using App Engine Studio and scoped applications • Develop Script Includes, Business Rules, Scripted REST APIs, and server-side scripts • Configure Configurable Workspace, UI Builder, UI Policies, and Client Scripts • Implement REST integrations, JSON data exchange, and IntegrationHub automation • Maintain platform security, governance, performance, and upgrade compatibility • Collaborate with product owners and Agile teams • Review code, mentor developers, and troubleshoot production issues Requirements • 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience • 3+ years of experience with App Engine Studio and custom application development • Strong knowledge of GlideRecord, server-side scripting, and platform APIs • Experience with Flow Designer, REST integrations, and Scripted REST APIs • Knowledge of ACLs, Configurable Workspace, and UI Builder • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments • Strong communication, documentation, and technical leadership skills Preferred Certifications • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) • ITIL 4 Foundation or equivalent ITSM experience
