About the Role We are seeking a Senior ServiceNow Developer with over 7 years of experience to develop scalable ITSM solutions, integrations, and modern UI components. This role involves working remotely with occasional client office visits and requires expertise in ServiceNow modules, REST/SOAP integrations, and advanced scripting. Key Responsibilities • Develop scalable solutions across ServiceNow ITSM modules, including Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and Knowledge Management • Build complex workflows, subflows, and custom actions using Flow Designer • Configure Service Catalog items, Order Guides, Record Producers, and multi-level approval workflows • Develop REST/SOAP integrations, Scripted REST APIs, and IntegrationHub Spokes using OAuth 2.0 and MID Servers • Configure Service Operations Workspace (SOW) and Configurable Workspaces using UI Builder • Develop responsive widgets for Service Portal and Employee Center • Work with advanced JavaScript, Glide APIs, GlideRecordSecure, JSON, and XML • Follow coding standards, conduct code reviews, prepare technical design documents, and mentor junior developers Requirements • Strong hands-on ServiceNow ITSM development experience • Advanced JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting • Flow Designer, Service Catalog, and REST/SOAP integrations • Service Portal, Employee Center, UI Builder, and modern workspace development • CSA certification mandatory
