About the Role Groviya Information Technologies is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer to join their team. This role requires strong hands-on expertise in platform development, scripting, configuration, and troubleshooting. Key Responsibilities • Design and implement solutions using ServiceNow platform architecture • Develop and troubleshoot Business Rules and Flow Designer workflows • Configure Service Portal and customize user interfaces • Implement ACLs and manage access control • Integrate ServiceNow with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs • Troubleshoot technical issues independently Requirements • 4–5 years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience • Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform configuration and customization • Proficiency in Client-side Scripting, including Client Scripts and UI Policies • Experience with Import Sets, Data Loading, and Transform Maps • Knowledge of ServiceNow integrations and API implementation • Strong JavaScript scripting and problem-solving abilities • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
