About the Role Groviya Information Technologies is seeking a skilled Senior ServiceNow Developer to join their team. This role requires strong technical expertise in platform development, advanced scripting, integrations, and enterprise-level ServiceNow solutions. Key Responsibilities • Design and implement ServiceNow platform architecture and administration • Configure ACLs, security rules, and manage access control • Develop complex Business Rules and Import Sets • Create and manage Transform Maps for data loading • Utilize Flow Designer for workflow automation • Develop and manage REST/SOAP integrations • Develop and customize Service Portal • Troubleshoot complex platform issues and optimize solutions Requirements • 5–8 years of relevant ServiceNow development experience • Strong hands-on technical expertise across ServiceNow development areas • Ability to handle complex development requirements independently • Experience working with cross-functional technical teams • Excellent JavaScript scripting and problem-solving skills • Good communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills
