About the Role We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Developer with strong expertise in Financial Service Operations (FSO) to develop and implement scalable ServiceNow solutions. Key Responsibilities • Develop and implement scalable ServiceNow solutions • Work with Financial Service Operations (FSO), Customer Service Management (CSM), UI Builder, Playbooks, and Flow Designer • Design, code reviews, troubleshooting, and follow ServiceNow best practices Requirements • 4+ years of experience in ServiceNow Platform Development • Expertise in Financial Service Operations (FSO) • Strong experience in Customer Service Management (CSM) • Hands-on experience in UI Builder and Agent Workspace • Experience in Playbooks and Flow Designer • Strong knowledge of REST/SOAP Integrations and Integration Hub • Expertise in JavaScript, Glide API, and ServiceNow Scripting • Experience with Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and UI Actions • Knowledge of Service Portal and Modern UI Components • Ability to work in an Agile development environment
