About the Role We are seeking a ServiceNow Gen AI Developer to join our team remotely on a long-term contract. This role focuses on deploying and managing generative AI solutions within the ServiceNow platform, including Now Assist, AI Agents, and related technologies. Key Responsibilities • Deploy and configure Now Assist, GenAI, AI Agents, Virtual Agent, NLU, AI Search, Task Intelligence, and Document Intelligence • Develop and maintain ServiceNow workflows using Flow Designer, Integration Hub, Studio IDE, and APIs • Implement AI workflow automation, configuration, integrations, and troubleshooting • Ensure enterprise AI governance, data privacy, and responsible AI practices • Translate business requirements into platform configurations and deliver sprint-based solutions • Mentor junior consultants and lead technical workstreams Requirements • 10+ years of overall experience, with 7+ years in ServiceNow configuration and implementation • Hands-on experience with ServiceNow CMDB, Connected Ops, CSM, DevOps, and Now Assist/Generative AI • Strong understanding of LLMs, prompt engineering, and enterprise AI/ML concepts • Minimum 2 active ServiceNow CIS certifications; CAD preferred • Experience with AI adoption and change management preferred • Strong customer consulting, stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills • Willingness to travel up to 30% • DOB requirement: 1992 or later • No GC visa
