About the Role We are looking for a ServiceNow GenAI Developer to join our team. This role focuses on developing and implementing GenAI solutions within the ServiceNow platform. Key Responsibilities • Develop and implement GenAI solutions using ServiceNow Now Assist and GenAI features • Apply strong knowledge of LLMs, Prompt Engineering, and AI/ML • Utilize Flow Designer, Integration Hub, and ServiceNow implementation experience • Maintain minimum 2 active ServiceNow CIS certifications Requirements • 12+ years of experience in relevant technologies • Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Now Assist and GenAI features • Strong knowledge of LLMs, Prompt Engineering, and AI/ML • Experience with Flow Designer, Integration Hub, and ServiceNow implementation • Minimum 2 active ServiceNow CIS certifications
