About the Role We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow GenAI Developer to build and enhance AI-powered solutions on the ServiceNow platform. Key Responsibilities • Build and enhance AI-powered solutions on the ServiceNow platform • Develop and customize ServiceNow applications • Implement Generative AI, Now Assist, and AI Agents Requirements • Experience with ServiceNow development and customization • Strong knowledge of Generative AI, Now Assist, and AI Agents • Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide APIs, and ServiceNow scripting • Experience with Flow Designer and Integration Hub • Understanding of REST APIs and external AI/LLM integrations • Knowledge of Prompt Engineering, LLMs, and RAG • Experience with AI-powered workflow automation and Virtual Agent
