About the Role We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow GRC Lead / Solution Architect to lead the architecture, implementation, and delivery of ServiceNow GRC/IRM solutions for a leading banking customer in Canada. Key Responsibilities • Lead end-to-end ServiceNow GRC/IRM architecture and implementation • Own solution design, technical strategy, and delivery • Drive Risk Management, Policy & Compliance, and Audit Management initiatives • Lead technical teams and ensure quality project delivery • Conduct customer meetings, requirement discussions, and stakeholder engagement • Translate business and regulatory requirements into scalable ServiceNow solutions • Drive technical decisions, governance, and implementation best practices Requirements • Strong expertise in ServiceNow GRC / IRM • Experience as a GRC Lead, Solution Architect, or Technical Lead • Strong understanding of Risk, Audit, and Compliance processes • Banking / Financial Services experience preferred • Excellent leadership and customer-facing communication skills • Must be currently based in the USA or Canada • Must be available for 40 hours per week • Strong hands-on ServiceNow GRC/IRM experience
