About the Role KK Technologies LLC is seeking an experienced ServiceNow IRM/CAM Specialist to support cybersecurity risk management, workflow optimization, and the implementation of NIST Cybersecurity and Risk Management Frameworks using ServiceNow. Key Responsibilities • Develop and optimize ServiceNow IRM/CAM workflows • Support NIST RMF implementation and continuous monitoring • Improve cybersecurity risk assessment processes and ticket queue management • Develop standardized templates, documentation, and stakeholder job aids • Support security control assessments, evidence collection, and authorization packages • Analyze ticket metrics and recommend process improvements • Collaborate with cybersecurity, business, and technical teams • Participate in weekly ServiceNow enhancement and change management meetings Requirements • 4+ years of ServiceNow workflow development and optimization • 3+ years of ServiceNow IRM and CAM customization • 3+ years of GRC experience • Strong knowledge of NIST CSF, RMF, and NIST SP 800-53 • Experience with cybersecurity risk assessments and control implementation • Experience developing cybersecurity risk assessment templates and documentation • Stakeholder collaboration and cross-functional process improvement • Experience optimizing ServiceNow ticket assignment, prioritization, and processing workflows • Recent ServiceNow IRM engagement with at least 3 years of experience • Active ServiceNow CAM engagement with at least 1 year of continuous operation
