About the Role We are looking for a ServiceNow ITAM Developer to join our team for a replacement position. This role requires immediate availability and the ability to contribute effectively from day one. Key Responsibilities • Develop and maintain ServiceNow ITAM solutions • Implement and configure ServiceNow SAM Pro and HAM Pro • Work with the CMDB and CSDM • Utilize ITOM, Discovery, and IntegrationHub • Integrate with REST APIs • Automate processes and workflows • Work with cloud platforms including Azure and AWS Requirements • 10+ years of overall IT experience • 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow ITAM experience • Strong expertise in ServiceNow SAM Pro and HAM Pro • All three mandatory certifications: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA), Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS – SAM and/or HAM), ITIL Foundation v3 or v4 • Available for an immediate interview
