About the Role Acute InfoSoft Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced ServiceNow ITOM Developer to join their team. This role requires strong hands-on expertise in ServiceNow ITOM and CMDB development. Key Responsibilities • Develop technical solutions using ServiceNow ITOM and CMDB • Automate IT operations and workflows • Troubleshoot complex technical issues • Work independently across ServiceNow ITOM and CMDB platforms • Implement REST/SOAP APIs and system integrations Requirements • 5-7 years of experience with ServiceNow ITOM & CMDB • Strong JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting skills • Experience with Flow Designer, Flows, Subflows, and Workflow Automation • Knowledge of Business Rules, Script Includes, and Client Scripts • Understanding of CI Relationships, Troubleshooting, and Root Cause Analysis Preferred Skills • Domain Separation experience • ServiceNow Event Management and Alert Correlation • ServiceNow Discovery and Infrastructure Monitoring • CSA, CAD, or ITOM Certifications
