About the Role We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Platform Architect to define and drive the technical architecture for a ServiceNow-based enterprise platform. The architect will work closely with business stakeholders and engineering teams to ensure the platform supports business objectives while remaining scalable and secure. Key Responsibilities • Define and drive technical architecture, platform roadmap, and governance standards for a ServiceNow-based enterprise platform • Work closely with business stakeholders, platform engineering teams, and enterprise architects • Ensure the platform supports current business objectives while remaining scalable, secure, and aligned with enterprise technology strategy • Design and implement platform governance and technical guardrails • Enable self-service platform capabilities while maintaining security, compliance, and architectural controls Requirements • Strong experience as a ServiceNow Platform Architect or Technical Architect • Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture and enterprise platform strategy • Experience defining and managing platform roadmaps, reference architectures, and technical standards • Experience with ServiceNow platform infrastructure, environments, scalability, availability, and performance planning • Strong understanding of enterprise architecture principles and architecture governance • Experience with ServiceNow configuration, customization, application development, integrations, APIs, and platform extensibility • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills • Ability to communicate complex technical architecture concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
