About the Role We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Platform Architect to join our team. This role requires strong expertise in ServiceNow platform architecture, configuration, implementation, and enterprise solutions. Key Responsibilities • Lead technical workstreams and mentor teams • Translate business requirements into scalable platform solutions • Design and implement ServiceNow solutions using CMDB, Connected Operations, CSM, and DevOps • Utilize Flow Designer, Integration Hub, ServiceNow APIs, Studio IDE, and Automated Test Framework • Provide technical leadership and consulting to clients Requirements • 15+ years of overall IT experience with 7+ years of hands-on ServiceNow experience • ServiceNow Technical Architect Certification • Minimum 2 active ServiceNow CIS certifications • Strong expertise in ServiceNow CMDB, Connected Operations, CSM, and DevOps • Experience with ServiceNow platform architecture, implementation, and configuration • Proficiency in Flow Designer, Integration Hub, ServiceNow APIs, Studio IDE, and Automated Test Framework • Strong understanding of enterprise workflows, integrations, data management, and database concepts • Excellent client-facing communication, consulting, and technical leadership skills Benefits • Opportunity to work with cutting-edge ServiceNow technologies • Chance to work on enterprise-level solutions • Potential to work with AI and Generative AI technologies
