About the Role We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Release Train Engineer (RTE) to lead Agile delivery, release planning, cross-team coordination, and release governance for an enterprise ServiceNow program. Key Responsibilities • Lead cross-team release planning, sprint alignment, backlog refinement, and integrated release calendars. • Drive Scrum of Scrums, dependency tracking, capacity planning, and delivery coordination across US and India teams. • Manage release readiness, go/no-go decisions, deployment planning, rollback procedures, and hypercare. • Coordinate ServiceNow upgrades, update sets, environment promotions, hotfixes, and release automation. • Partner with QA teams on ATF, SIT/UAT, regression testing, and defect triage. • Maintain RAID logs, release metrics, governance reports, and stakeholder communications. • Coach scrum masters and delivery teams on Agile practices and continuous improvement. Requirements • 8+ years of experience in software delivery, release management, or program management. • 3+ years as a Release Train Engineer, Release Lead, or equivalent. • Strong Agile/Scrum experience; SAFe RTE certification strongly preferred. • Knowledge of ServiceNow SPM, ITSM, ATF, update sets, change management, and platform upgrades. • Experience with Jira, Confluence, release governance, and dependency management. • Experience in regulated enterprise environments; healthcare or life sciences experience is a plus.
