About the Role We are looking for a ServiceNow SOMT Architect to join our team. This role focuses on designing and implementing ServiceNow solutions for Telecom Service Management. Key Responsibilities • Design and implement ServiceNow SOMT solutions for Telecom Service Management • Manage Telecom/Fiber Quote-to-Order, Order-to-Fulfillment, MACD, and Provisioning processes • Utilize ServiceNow SPM, Projects, Epics, Milestones, and Portfolio Management • Integrate with enterprise systems like CRM, CPQ, Billing, OSS/BSS, and ERP Requirements • 10+ years of IT/Solution Architecture experience • Strong expertise in ServiceNow SOMT / Telecom Service Management • Experience in Telecom/Fiber Quote-to-Order, Order-to-Fulfillment, MACD, and Provisioning • Hands-on knowledge of ServiceNow SPM, Projects, Epics, Milestones, and Portfolio Management • Expertise in enterprise integrations (CRM, CPQ, Billing, OSS/BSS, ERP) • Strong solution architecture, stakeholder management, and presales skills
