About the Role We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow SOMT Architect for a 6-month remote contract position. This role requires expertise in ServiceNow SOMT and telecom service management. Key Responsibilities • Design scalable solutions using ServiceNow capabilities • Lead solution architecture and enterprise integration projects • Manage Quote-to-Order, Order-to-Fulfillment, Order-to-Cash, and MACD lifecycle processes • Implement ServiceNow SPM for portfolio tracking • Integrate systems with CRM, CPQ, Billing, OSS/BSS, and ERP Requirements • 10+ years in IT/Solution Architecture • Mandatory experience in ServiceNow SOMT and telecom/fiber architecture • Strong expertise in telecom lifecycle processes • Practical experience with ServiceNow SPM • Excellent stakeholder communication and solutioning/presales skills
