About the Role We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow SOMT Architect with strong expertise in telecom/fiber service management, end-to-end order fulfillment, ServiceNow SPM, and enterprise integrations. Key Responsibilities • Design end-to-end ServiceNow SOMT architecture for telecom and fiber services • Define order management, fulfillment, provisioning, and service lifecycle processes • Design integrations between SOMT, SPM, and external enterprise systems • Align telecom delivery processes with ServiceNow SPM project management capabilities • Recommend best practices while minimizing unnecessary customizations • Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver scalable and maintainable solutions Requirements • Strong hands-on experience in solution architecture • End-to-end Quote-to-Order, Order-to-Fulfillment, and Order-to-Cash processes • MACD Processes – Move, Add, Change, and Disconnect lifecycle management • Telecom Product amp; Service Lifecycle – Product, service, and resource relationship design • ServiceNow SPM – Projects, Project Tasks, Dependencies, Milestones, Epics, and portfolio tracking • Integration with CRM, CPQ, Billing, OSS/BSS, ERP, and inventory systems • Ability to identify gaps and recommend standard ServiceNow solutions • Scalable, reusable, and maintainable solution design • Strong communication, solutioning, and presales experience • 10+ years of IT/Solution Architecture Experience
