About the Role We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow SOMT Solution Architect for a remote contract opportunity. This role requires expertise in Telecom Service Management and ServiceNow architecture. Key Responsibilities • Provide solution architecture for ServiceNow SOMT implementations • Design and implement Telecom Service Management solutions • Work with Quote-to-Order, Order-to-Fulfillment, and Order-to-Cash processes • Integrate Billing systems and ERP systems • Apply MACD, CRM, CPQ, and OSS/BSS knowledge to solution design Requirements • 10+ years of experience in ServiceNow architecture • Strong background in Telecom Service Management • Expertise in ServiceNow SOMT and SPM • Experience with Quote-to-Order, Order-to-Fulfillment, and Order-to-Cash processes • Knowledge of MACD, CRM, CPQ, OSS/BSS, and Billing systems • Experience with ERP Integrations • Contract duration of 6 months Shift: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
