About the Role We are seeking a ServiceNow SPM & CMDB Architect to join our team. This role requires extensive experience in ServiceNow implementation and architecture. Key Responsibilities • Design and implement ServiceNow SPM architecture • Ensure CMDB governance and data quality • Lead large-scale ServiceNow implementations • Provide platform governance and technical leadership Requirements • 12+ years of overall IT experience • 7+ years of ServiceNow implementation experience • 5+ years of ServiceNow SPM architecture and implementation experience • Strong expertise in SPM, CMDB, CSDM, ITOM, Discovery, and Service Mapping • Experience in enterprise ServiceNow architecture and large-scale implementations • Strong knowledge of CMDB governance, data quality, and Agile delivery Preferred Qualifications • ServiceNow CSA, CAD, CIS-SPM, or CTA certifications
