About the Role We are looking for a ServiceNow SPM & CMDB Architect to join our team. This role focuses on strategic portfolio management and configuration management database architecture within the ServiceNow platform. Key Responsibilities • Design and implement ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) solutions • Develop and maintain CMDB, CSDM, ITOM, and Discovery & Service Mapping • Create enterprise architecture, platform governance, and roadmaps • Manage demand, resource, and financial aspects of ServiceNow implementations • Integrate ServiceNow with SAP, Oracle, Azure, and AWS • Conduct HLD/LLD documentation and architecture reviews • Manage stakeholder relationships and requirements Requirements • 12+ years of overall IT experience • 7+ years of experience with ServiceNow • 5+ years of experience in SPM architecture and implementation
