About the Role We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow SPO Implementation Specialist / Developer with strong hands-on expertise in ServiceNow development, procurement workflows, system integrations, and end-to-end implementation. Key Responsibilities • Configure, customize, and deploy ServiceNow SPO solutions based on approved designs • Own the technical build, development, and system integrations • Develop workflows, automation, business rules, and catalog components • Integrate ServiceNow with ERP, finance, and supplier platforms • Manage procurement data migration and validation • Implement security controls and access permissions for procurement data • Support testing, defect resolution, UAT, and production go-live • Follow ServiceNow development best practices and document technical designs • Mentor junior developers and collaborate with functional designers Requirements • Hands-on ServiceNow development with SPO or procurement/sourcing module experience • Strong JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting • Experience with Flow Designer, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and Catalog Items • IntegrationHub and REST/SOAP API integrations • ERP, finance, and supplier system integrations • Data migration for vendors, contracts, catalogs, and product models • Roles, ACLs, and procurement data security • Unit testing, integration testing, UAT, and go-live support • Agile delivery, CI/CD, update sets, and deployment standards Preferred Qualifications • End-to-end ServiceNow SPO implementation experience • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) or Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) • Experience with SAP, Oracle, or Coupa-style procurement integrations • Knowledge of the SPO data model and legacy procurement modules
