Key Responsibilities • Design and implement ServiceNow solutions using CSDM/CMDB/ITSM/ITOM • Lead client workshops and gather requirements • Develop ServiceNow integrations • Provide technical guidance on ITSM and platform architecture Requirements • 15+ years of overall IT experience • 10+ years of ServiceNow experience • Strong knowledge of ServiceNow CSDM/CMDB/ITSM/ITOM • Experience with ServiceNow integrations • Ability to conduct client workshops and gather requirements Preferred Certifications • CSA • CIS • ITSM • ITOM • ITAM • ITIL
