About the Role We are seeking an experienced SharePoint Developer to design, develop, customize, integrate, and maintain enterprise collaboration and document management solutions across Microsoft SharePoint and Microsoft 365 environments. Key Responsibilities • Develop and customize SharePoint Online and SharePoint Server applications • Build modern web parts, extensions, and components using SharePoint Framework (SPFx) • Develop solutions using JavaScript, TypeScript, React, HTML5, and CSS3 • Configure SharePoint sites, libraries, lists, content types, metadata, permissions, and site collections • Automate business processes using Power Automate and integrate Power Apps solutions • Develop workflows, forms, dashboards, and document management solutions • Integrate SharePoint with Microsoft Teams, Microsoft 365, OneDrive, and other enterprise applications • Develop custom integrations using Microsoft Graph API, REST APIs, and SharePoint APIs • Implement document management, version control, retention, search, and content organization • Migrate SharePoint on-premises environments to SharePoint Online • Support data migration, permissions mapping, testing, and post-migration validation • Implement security, access controls, governance, and compliance requirements • Troubleshoot application issues and optimize performance • Collaborate with business analysts, architects, developers, and stakeholders Requirements • 12+ years of experience in SharePoint development • Strong expertise in SharePoint Online, SPFx, Power Platform, Microsoft Graph, workflow automation, and application integration • Experience with SharePoint migration and data migration • Knowledge of PnP PowerShell and SharePoint Online Management • Experience with C#/.NET for custom solutions • Understanding of permissions, security, governance, and compliance • Familiarity with Git, Azure DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines • Experience with Microsoft Entra ID and authentication • Agile/Scrum methodology experience
