About the Role We are seeking a SharePoint Lead Developer to join our team at LTIMindtree. This role involves leading SharePoint migration projects and modernizing legacy workflows. Key Responsibilities • Lead SharePoint migration from SharePoint 2019 to SharePoint SE and SharePoint Online • Execute migrations using ShareGate and SharePoint Migration Tool (SPMT) • Modernize legacy workflows using Power Automate • Develop SPFx web parts, extensions, and custom SharePoint solutions • Provide technical leadership, conduct code reviews, and mentor development teams Requirements • 10+ years of experience in SharePoint development • Strong knowledge of SharePoint 2019, SharePoint Subscription Edition, and SharePoint Online • Experience with SharePoint Framework (SPFx), Power Apps, and Power Automate • Proficiency in SharePoint CSOM, PowerShell, Azure Functions, and Azure Logic Apps • Skills in C#, REST APIs, Microsoft Teams Customization, and Viva Platform • JavaScript, TypeScript, and React expertise
