We are actively looking for a highly skilled Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) / DevOps Engineer to join our team in Austin, TX. Candidates must be local or within a 50-mile radius.
🔧 Key Responsibilities:
Design, build, and maintain scalable, reliable, highly available distributed systems
Manage and optimize cloud infrastructure (AWS or GCP)
Implement automation for deployments, monitoring, and operations
Define and manage SLIs, SLOs, and error budgets
Monitor systems using alerting and logging tools
Lead incident management, RCA, and postmortems
Collaborate with engineering teams to improve performance and reliability
Integrate security and compliance into DevOps workflows
✅ Required Skills:
8+ years of experience in SRE / DevOps / Systems Engineering
Strong expertise in Linux/Unix systems
Proficiency in Python, Go, Java, or Bash
Experience with distributed systems & high availability
Strong knowledge of AWS or GCP
Hands-on experience with Docker & Kubernetes
Experience with monitoring, alerting, and logging tools
Strong understanding of SLIs, SLOs, error budgets
Experience with incident management, RCA, and postmortems
Experience integrating security and compliance
