About the Role We are looking for a Site Reliability Engineer to join our team at Resource Corner IT. This role focuses on ensuring the reliability and performance of our cloud infrastructure, particularly with AWS services. Key Responsibilities • Design and implement solutions using AWS Connect and related AWS services • Manage contact centre technologies including IVR, ACD, CTI, call routing, and workforce management • Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code using Terraform and CloudFormation • Create and manage CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions and Codefresh • Monitor and alert on system performance using various observability tools • Apply SRE principles including incident management and service level objectives Requirements • Minimum of 5 years experience working as a Site Reliability Engineer • Strong hands-on experience with AWS Services, particularly AWS Connect, Lambda, DynamoDB, S3, CloudWatch, and IAM • Experience with contact centre technologies • Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation) • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and tools (GitHub Actions, Codefresh, JIRA, ServiceNow, Qliksense) • Knowledge of monitoring and alerting systems • Familiarity with incident management and SRE principles (SLIs, SLOs, SLAs) • Experience working with Agile, Lean, and Continuous Delivery approaches
