About the Role We are looking for a seasoned Site Reliability Engineer to join our team. This role requires strong backend .NET and deep AWS cloud expertise to ensure application reliability and manage cloud infrastructure. Key Responsibilities • Read and debug production C#/.NET code • Diagnose memory leaks, thread pool exhaustion, and garbage collection pressure • Manage AWS compute resources including EC2 Auto Scaling, ECS Fargate, and Lambda • Implement Infrastructure-as-Code using CloudFormation or CDK • Manage RDS SQL Server deployments including Multi-AZ failover, read replicas, backup, and performance tuning • Utilize AWS CloudWatch, X-Ray, and CI/CD pipelines for observability and automation • Configure and maintain VPCs, security groups, ALB/NLB, Route 53, and IAM policies Requirements • 10+ years of experience as an SRE or Platform Engineer • Hands-on experience with .NET application reliability • Strong fluency across AWS compute services and Infrastructure-as-Code • Proven experience managing RDS SQL Server deployments • Deep expertise in AWS CloudWatch, X-Ray, CI/CD pipelines, and automation tooling • Solid command of networking and security concepts in AWS
