About the Role We are looking for a Senior Site Reliability Engineer to design, automate, and support reliable cloud and on-prem production platforms. This role involves leading incident response, improving reliability, and reducing manual effort across mission-critical systems. Key Responsibilities • Design and automate reliable cloud and on-prem production platforms • Lead incident response and improve system reliability • Reduce manual effort across mission-critical systems • Improve operational excellence and drive automation initiatives Requirements • 5+ years of experience in SRE, DevOps, Platform Engineering, or Production Operations • Strong experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS), CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, and automation • Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, monitoring/observability tools, incident management, and RCA • Proficiency in scripting (Python, PowerShell, Bash) and automation frameworks • Experience supporting mission-critical production systems with high availability requirements • Strong troubleshooting, communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills
