About the Role We are seeking an experienced Senior Snowflake ETL Developer to support the modernization of legacy data extraction and reporting systems and enable cloud-based analytics. Key Responsibilities • Develop and optimize Snowflake ETL/ELT pipelines • Migrate and integrate data from legacy systems into Snowflake • Validate data quality and perform source-to-target reconciliation • Support Power BI reporting and analytics • Collaborate with business stakeholders, data engineers, and architects • Troubleshoot data issues and maintain technical documentation Requirements • 12+ years of overall experience • 8+ years of hands-on experience with Snowflake, SQL, data loading, transformations, and performance tuning • 4+ years of experience with ETL/ELT processes, data pipelines, and data integration • 5+ years of experience analyzing complex data flows and troubleshooting across multiple systems • 4+ years of experience with relational databases (RDBMS), enterprise information management, and metadata management • Strong analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills Preferred Skills • 3+ years of experience with Informatica, Matillion, Azure Data Factory, or similar data integration tools • Experience with Power BI datasets, semantic models, and dashboards • Knowledge of legacy mainframe systems, IMS, data migration, and source-to-target reconciliation
